March: Bursary application opens.
June 15: Deadline for bursary applications. First call for abstract closes. Early bird rate ends.
End of June: Bursary winners announced.
End of July: Author acceptance of first call abstracts.
August 31: Late call for abstracts closes.
September 23: LACA2024 starts!
Registration fees
LACA2024 registration fees include: Access to all sessions, Conference kit, Coffee breaks, Welcome cocktail
Conference dinner is NOT included.

Cash payment at the event. Please bring the exact amount when possible.
